We’ve been asked to share some typical scores so here is a selection of the results in July.

This is not about competition its about understanding where other people feel they are so you can make more sense of your own situation.

Completion Time

It also shows that the time to complete varies from 2 minutes up to about 9 minutes. Fast seems to be good – don’t think just do it – see what you get its free you can repeat it and try again. When you have to think about an answer does it tell you anything about what’s going on? usually its worth thinking about these slower answers in more detail.

Trends are the answer

Just to make it clear What helps us with this is the way your scores change over time. Write down your numbers and take it again every few weeks see how it changes.
